A Solid State Relay family designed to switch various loads such as heating elements, motors and transformers. The relay is capable of switching high voltages up to 600 VACrms. The built-in varistor secures transient protection for heavy industrial applications. For higher reliability and load cycle capability three semiconductor power units are soldered directly on to the direct copper bonded (DCB) substrate. AC- or DC-controlled versions are available. Builtin LED status indication for applied control voltage and overtemperature alarm (optional). The series covers a range of load currents up to 75 AACrms.

The SHJWRE10AExxx is a wireless module with a single relay output and energy measurement. Single phase variables read: A, V, W, Wdmd, VA, var, PF. Energy measurements: total kWh. The measured values are then logged into the Sx2WEB24. It is part of the Smart Dupline® system and can be used with all the functions supported by the Sx2WEB24 master unit. When an activation radio command is received, the output turns On and remains On until a deactivation radio command is received. It must always be coupled to an SH2WBU230x module. This slimline range of solid state contactors is an evolution of solid state switches for which Carlo Gavazzi is very well known. The RG solid state contactors present a unique opportunity for panel space savings thanks to their very slim footprint. The RGC is the ready-to-use range that is provided with an integrated heatsink. The smallest footprint occupies only a width of 17.5 mm with ratings up to 25 AAC. The RGC output is protected against overvoltages by means of an integrated varistor. Control ON indication is provided through a green LED.
